Painting exhibition by Inga Harasimowicz "Conscious Creation of Reality - The Road to Light"
The series of paintings "Conscious Creation of Reality - The Road to Light" focuses on the exploration of the inner power of each person as the creator of their own reality and the idea of the constant flow of energy, thoughts and emotions that shape our world. The focus is on the act of conscious creation - the process in which human intention becomes the beginning of change in the surrounding reality.
Each painting in the series depicts a different phase of this process, from the first impulse of thought, through its development, to its materialisation in tangible form. The symbolic human figure is the guide on this metaphorical journey, and the motifs of the flow of energy dynamically depicted through light, colour and movement reflect man's constant interaction with the world around him.
Each image reflects a stage of spiritual transformation, from a moment of chaos and uncertainty, through understanding and acceptance, to integration and harmony. The leitmotif becomes experience as a catalyst for change - both difficult moments and moments of delight, which together create the fullness of human existence.
The project “Conscious Creation of Reality - A Path to Light” aims to inspire audiences to reflect on their own creative potential and how thoughts and intentions affect their lives.

'Conscious creation of reality - the road to light' Painting exhibition by Inga Harasimowicz In the exhibition “Conscious creation of reality - the road to light”, Inga Harasimowicz gives expression to a personal transformation. Drawing on the thoughts of Carl Gustav Jung, the artist shows her path to inner harmony through, among other things, confronting her own ‘shadow’. ]her latest paintings, reminiscent of figures of mythological goddesses and angels bathed in gold and ultramarine, reflect the power of creation. She juxtaposes them with her former monumental, expressionist works, filled with chaos and tension. Harasimowicz emphasises that the creative process itself was important in working on this series, which she felt was an intuitive play, a free experiment, which was a purifying experience. The artist trusts that the exhibition will also prompt viewers to discover their own creative energy. A love of the classics and the traditional workshop is the basis of Inga Harasimowicz's work. Already as a young girl, she studied academic painting at the Drawing Studio in Vilnius, and then at the local Arts High School she deepened her fascination with art history and the work of the old masters. Although her artistic path led her through an apprenticeship in a design studio and the Gdańsk Expressionist trend at the local Academy of Fine Arts, today she is most eager to return to her classical roots.
In her work, she remains faithful to classical drawing, figuration and age-old symbols. She feels that these are the ones that most directly affect the viewer's sensibility. Harasimowicz's painting style has changed over time. In the past, her works were characterised by greater momentum in both scale and expression. Presented in the exhibition, the monumental canvases Conversion and Strugles for Heaven are strikingly dramatic. The loose, energetic brushstrokes, scratch marks of smudging far- by give the paintings a raw, rough texture. They are maintained in a sombre palette of greys, cold blues dim reds. Although figuration is important in these works, the hybrid figures with blurred contours even seem to be drowning in a dynamic, swirling space. The latest series of paintings is characterised by a completely different mood. Here, the artist's gesture has become more intuitive, full of tenderness and concentration. This series has a distinctly sensual character. The corporeality she explores, combined with the invigorating colours, makes these works evoke associations with strength and abundance, which the artist links primarily to the female figure. These canvases feature images of heroines, female guards and even a caryatid liberating herself from her eternal servile role.
